The evidence-based psychological approaches that underpin Triumph Over Phobia’s therapeutic activities are built upon decades of innovative and rigorous research within the scientific community. 

We are passionate about the need to continually develop the scientific knowledge and understanding of OCD and Phobias.  We believe that a positive research culture within the charity, and wider health and social care system, can only mean better outcomes for the individuals that we strive to support. 

We often collaborate on existing projects with external research partners, and offer opportunities for research experience to be gained on a variety of internal projects.
