If you would like to make a real difference to the lives of people suffering from the debilitating disorders of phobia, OCD and other related anxiety disorders then becoming a volunteer for TOP UK could be the answer.

We are always looking for volunteers to:

  • run our self-help therapy groups
  • help with fundraising
  • help with publicity.

Volunteers who want to run a self-help group have to be able to make a committment for at least one year.  We do not require any formal qualifications as full training will be given.  Click on the link below to look at the personal criteria

Volunteers can be working, studying, retired or even receiving benefits as long as they are able to spare a few hours a week.  Working as a volunteer for Triumph Over Phobia can be a very rewarding experience and some of our volunteers have been with us for over 10 years

If you feel that you might like to become a Group Leader or would like to help in another role then please feel free to call us on 0845 600 9601 or via the Contact page. We will then give you more information about what is involved.
