TOP UK offers free initial advice to any adult affected by an anxiety disorder, including sufferers themselves, parents and other family members, friends and colleagues of sufferers. TOP UK's main aim is to help sufferers to become EX-sufferers via its national network of structured self-help groups. We are expanding as quickly as we can, though we may not have a group in your area yet.

We therefore offer a membership scheme which will keep you informed of developments in this charity and information on how to access qualified cognitive/behavioural treatment if you so wish. Please contact us for information.
